Kids love pasta, they are fun to eat. My daughter alternates between picking up the tubes by hand and picking it with a fork. I usually serve it with lots of butter, few vegetables (mostly uneaten) and cheese. I have kept the cheese in cubes so that she can eat it by itself with a fork as well.
Kiwi is very rich in vitamin C. 100 grams of the fruit gives 1.5 times the vit. C necessary for the body which helps in boosting immunity. It is a good source of fibre and one of the safest fruits to eat (free of residue of chemical pesticides, naturally organic).
Watermelon, being red in color is rich in lycopene and is a great thirst quencher. It also has vitamins A and C. I used a cookie cutter to cut them heart-shaped for some variety.
