Kids Special: Indian Vegetarian Bento # 3

Grilled Cheese Sandwiches with chocolate soy milk, papaya and Kellogg's chocos
  1. Protein - Soy Milk & Cheese
  2. Carbohydrates - White & Brown Bread
  3. Fruits - Papaya
  4. Vegetables / Snacks - Kellogg's Chocos
My baby would survive on grilled cheese if I let her. She can have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. She's also not picky about white or wheat bread but here I made sandwiches with both to add a little colour contrast.

This bento has protein from cheese and soy milk. Chocolate flavoured soy milk hides the taste of soy and pairs well with the bread.

Papayas not only have a gorgeous sunset orange, it's rich in vitamins A and C, folic acid and fibre.

Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients:
2 slices brown bread
2 slices white bread
2 cheese slices (your kids favorite)
Butter

Take a slice of bread, put a cheese slice on it and cover with another. Apply butter on the outside on both slices and heat it a little in a hot griddle. Flip and toast the other side a little as well. Not more than 1 minute on each side.

Make the other sandwich the same way.

Cut the crusts of the bread slices. Cut diagonally to make triangles.

It's ready to serve!
