This is more of an assembly than a recipe. And it is tasty, easy and almost healthy (if you can excuse the cheese). Enjoy it as a snack or an appetizer. They go great with sports and movies :)
Ingredients:
20 tortilla chips
1 cup guacamole
Mexican blend shredded cheese (as per taste)
Shredded lettuce (as much as you want)
Layer the tortilla chips in an oven proof platter. Sprinkle some cheese on that. Broil for 3-5 minutes till the cheese is melted. Put a small dollop of guacamole on each chip. Sprinkle some more cheese and put it back to broil for a minute. Next sprinkle lettuce on the nachos and serve!
