Chocolate Marble Fudge

Diwali isn't the same without the gujiyas, ladoos, mathri's and puris. But there should be something new as well. This year I am making these fudge squares to serve in my Diwali platter.

Ingredients:

400 grams condensed milk
200 grams dark chocolate, or milk as per preference
200 grams white chocolate
50 grams salted butter

In a thick bottomed pan, on low heat, add half the butter and half the condensed milk. When they are mixed together add the chopped dark chocolate and on very low heat, stir till all the chocolate has melted.
At the same time, in another thick bottomed pan, repeat the same process with white chocolate. White chocolate will melt faster.

Remove from heat and pour the dark chocolate into the foil lined pan and smooth on top. Next put spoonfuls of white chocolate fudge on the dark chocolate layer. Swirl with the back of a spoon. Smooth the top of the fudge. Put the tray into the freezer till it sets. Cut into 1.5 inch square pieces and serve!
